We were looking for a last minute kennel spot for our puppy, Lola. She was only six months old and never been to kennels before. We were very worried but Martin helped us enormously. Pets Hotel is a wonderful home for any pet with clean, luxurious facilities!!! We truly relaxed on our holiday knowing that Lola was being well looked after. The extra lengths that Martin went to offer us a great service was greatly appreciated and so we have no hesitation in recommending him and the Pets Hotel to other pet owners. We would definitely use Guildhall Bridge Pets Hotel again in the future.

Our dog Charlie was a guest at the Pets Hotel in July this year and loved his fortnight there. The kennels are spotless and very spacious. The dogs are well looked after and exercised. Charlie came back a happier dog than he normally does when left for so long. We would recommend Guildhall Bridge Pets Hotel to any pet owner.

In short I would say that I recommend Pets Hotel as five star. The facilities are top notch but most importantly it was the care and attention that Tig received from the moment I dropped him off and the genuine warmth that was evident when I collected him that gives me every confidence in recommending Pets Hotel to other dog owners.

If you love your dogs as much as I then you MUST treat them to a holiday at the Pets Hotel. I can not praise Susan and Martin enough, nothing is too much trouble and my doggies always enjoy their stay there.
You will have absolutely no worries leaving your pets there as they are very well looked after.

GREAT BOARDING KENNELS! My dog Holly is very nervous around new people and Sue and Martin make her feel right at home just like one of their own pets. We have used the kennels a few times now and this is the only place Holly will be going to in future.

Our dog Buster stayed at the Pets Hotel shortly after opening last year for a week. The kennels are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean.
The owners are friendly and welcoming and have years of experience at handling our four legged friends.
I would highly recommend Pets Hotel and Buster is booked in again this year.

We moved to London just after Christmas 2010 and our three dogs stayed at Guildhall Bridge for almost four months. When we picked the dogs up we were extremely happy, they had been very well looked after and were in great condition, both their weight and their coats were fantastic.
We were also able to drive 3 hours to our mid journey point with the windows in the car up. Even after all that time in the kennels the dogs didn't smell - a sign of how clean Martin & Sue keep things.
Now we're hoping that they come and open a kennels in London because we know we'll not find one as good.

Wer're now back home and settling in well.
We've had a great time, to others we'll tell.
For us it was luxury, like five star rated.
Well secured areas with the 'playing field' gated'.
Just like at home there was lots of fun.
Loads of scope around to have a good run.
I was there along with my 'house mate' we could see each other through our kennel gate.
It helped me settle when it became night.
That I could see him again when it became light.
We liked the 'wee treats' and the daily regime.
We were picked up by our folks all spruced and pristine.
They oe'd and ah'd... and made such a fuss.
It really was not a problem for us.
As Martin & Sue know their game.
and treated us the way we get treated at hame.
This couple really do have the knack.
It's for that reason we will go back.

A huge thank you from Terry & I for taking such great care of Kiska & Cheeko when we went on our weddimoon. I was pretty anxious about leaving Kiska for what was going to be her first ever stay in boarding kennels.
She is very nervous around new people and leaving her was such a wrench.
Cheeko on the other hand takes everything in his stride and I knew he would be fine.
Sue & Martin took the time almost every day to email me with updates and pictures again proving that they go the extra mile.
All my fussing was for nothing as Kiska has come home like a new dog. She has regained her confidence, is bossing Cheeko and has a spring in her step.
Martin & Sue looked after our dogs like they were their own, they clearly enjoy what they do and enjoy having new guests to fuss over.
Cheeko spent most of Saturday huffing with me, maybe he was wishing he was back with Sue , Martin, the geese, sheep and rabbits.
I will definitely use Guildhall Bridge Pets Hotel again even if it's for some pyschotherapy for Kiska.

A huge thankyou to you both for looking after Olly, he was so well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate to book him in again. It was like a 5 star hotel. When we came to collect him he was more interested in Martin than us and I'm sure he would have been very happy if we left him with you. He was looking great. With him being only eight month old and we have never left him before we felt guilty. I needn't have as he obviously had a great time. I would highly recommend you and would have no hesitation in leaving Olly in your very capable hands again.
