should arrive on a lead. Parking off road is provided but all vehicles are parked at the owners risk.
HEALTH: Owners warrant that any dog left for boarding is fit, sound and healthy (or the kennels are aware of any existing condition) and furthermore authorise kennel management to contact the appropriate Veterinary Practice regarding existing medical conditions or to confirm vaccination details. Owners accept that in the event of any actual or suspected injury or illness (in the opinion of the kennel management) the services of a qualified Veterinary Surgeon may be sought.

Owners will always remain liable for any veterinary treatment costs. Dog owners confirm that pets have been innoculated against Kennel Cough, Parvo Virus, Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptosprosis. Owners should ensure that their dog/s have been wormed before boarding. Valid Veterinary certificates must be produced for inspection by kennel staff or up to date vaccination records established prior to any dog being admitted into the kennels.

PLEASE NOTE, THERE MUST BE A PERIOD OF 10 CLEAR DAYS BETWEEN HAVING THE KENNEL COUGH VACCINE AND YOUR DOG ENTERING OUR KENNEL. This is on veterinary advice as the kennel cough vaccine is a live, airbourne virus and can easily be spread to other customer's dogs.

BOARDING RATES: (Daily) Rates are levied from arrival date up to and inclusive of departure date or delivery back to the owner. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 10 days of booking to secure the kennel, failure to comply with this will result in the booking being cancelled. Accounts must be settled in full on arrival. Discounts are available for dogs from the same family sharing accommodation. Once a booking is made then a place is held for that dog for the arranged dates. Should this need to be cancelled then this must be done a minimum of two weeks prior to the date of arrival in writing. Failure to comply will result in 50% of the agreed fee being charged. Should no notification be given then the full amount will be invoiced. (Exceptions at proprietor’s discretion).

GUILDHALL BRIDGE PETS HOTEL reserve the right to re-home any dog not collected within 14 days of the agreed collection date unless prior arrangement has been reached. (Every effort will be made to come to a reasonable arrangement prior to taking this action as a last resort). Owners will remain liable for full fees up to such time as the dog/s have been successively re-homed or collected by the owner. We deem failure to pay and/or failure to uphold bookings very seriously and payment will be sought through legal channels.
GENERAL: Should you be unable to collect your dog in person then a representative must bring proof of identity and full payment before any dog will be handed over. Should this be the case then please notify us in advance. A signed letter from the owner will suffice. All dogs must be fitted with a collar and lead and must be securely fastened on arrival. Should a dog have aggressive tendencies then a muzzle must also be worn. While toys are great to help dogs to settle and give a sense of home, all toys, leads and collars are left at owners risk.

Guildhall Bridge Pets Hotel reserve the right to request deposits in high season and all prices are subject to change. Guildhall Bridge Pets Hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehichles or property, however caused whilst on the premises.
